In the bid to achieve the above, ILDC has assembled some of the best brains from Africa, Asia, America and Europe to form it's core management team.
Our programs equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to drive operational performance and growth in their target markets. To provide learning solutions that meet these leaders’ needs and schedules, ILDC offers a range of program models. These include tailored coaching sessions and group seminars, cohort-based multi-day trainings, and virtual learning platforms.
Institute for leadership and development communication (ILDC) partners with clients to create practical, high-impact programs that promote critical skills and sustain a culture of global leadership within the organization. These programs can form the basis of a new approach to training or be incorporated with existing leadership curricula, and are expressly designed to accommodate clients’ specific objectives and delivery requirements. Sessions are tailored based on management input as well as intake interviews from the participating cohort and/or individual. ILDC can also incorporate region- and/or country-specific content, subject-specific additions such as cross-cultural team development or negotiation, and other enhancements, as required.
